Daniel Bowen to Serve as Club Secretary

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – The Optimist Club of Anchorage, Alaska Board of Directors met October 6th and appointed Daniel Bowen to serve and fill in as the Club Secretary, which was previously combined with the Treasurer position for the 2020-2021 year. Bowen will serve as Club Secretary for the remainder of the position's term. Bowen is a Charter member of the Club and currently serves as the Ethics Chairman for the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Along with its members, he conducts investigations, asseses conflicts of interest, and issues penalties related to the Code of Ethics.
